The machine we use -- DCS-16 is a revolutionary DPF cleaning machine. It allows us to clean/clear DPF systems in-house. Vehicles experiencing EML/DPF dash lights, underpowered or engine holding back could be a blocked DPF related issue.
Using a mixture of our unique Power Cleaner and pressurised air/water, the machine safely and quickly cleans out a DPFs and cataltiytic systems back to factory specs.

We can diagnose using our fully up to date diagnostic equipment (Autel and Launch) remove the DPF, machine clean and refit. Reset required adaptation's and sensors values.

The Technicians -
Andy and Chris have a joint 40+ years experience in the motor trade. The decision to buy an off vehicle DPF cleaning machine was made last year between the two company's to form South Coast DPF Cleaning Services. Due to the amount of failures both techs were seeing with modern diesel systems, this way we can keep the costs low for the customer by restoring instead of replacing thousands of pounds worth of exhaust systems.
